“Dont let the pictures fool you! The rooms were filthy, the hallways were 80 and 82 degrees. You can't get the number of towels or blankets you request. We were moved once to a different room due to the sofa bed being extremely disgusting. Which was a hassle because I had already separated everyone's clotgrs in the dressers, so I had to repack, and unpack. Then the room we were moved to the fridge didn't work.So all of our food was spoiled.I informed them, I never got a different fridge or……

“I really want this hotel to survive, but you are living on borrowed time. You are at least 5 years behind in improvement and renovation. Carpeting, vents (rusting and filthy), damaged plaster ceilings, door key cards working 50% of the time, television in bedroom freezing in both rooms I stayed in. Eventually this property will fall in on itself. Hilton needs to invest. This is a property with great location and potential.”

“Room was clean for the most part but the shower was a mess. Calcium build up on the shower head, tub spout was dirty, rusty drains on shower and sink, peeling paint... None of the ice machines work. I went to ask 6 floors before going to the front desk and when I asked where to get ice he pointed and said "bartender". Very rude. Would not recommend staying here.”

“Nice big rooms and look to be in great condition. My only complaint would be attention to detail areas around shower and other places are definitly not cleaned thoroughly. Attention to detail is needed. Things you see while showering or using the toilet shows a lack of attention to details during cleaning”
